Our Story
The rise of new technology has allowed us to invent. Today, every industry is empowered to create and bring ideas to life. However, manufacturing can be very daunting, time-consuming, and expensive.

Realizing we could accomplish a lot of this right here in the United States by creating agile supply chain solutions, Prototek began its existence with precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining on the East Coast in New Hampshire. Finding success with over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing workspace between two locations on the East Coast, Prototek eyed Western expansion. The team and capabilities grew with locations in Wisconsin and California.
As the drive to become a leader in sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining pushed them to excel in quality and customer service, they watched another form of manufacturing mature. They took the leap to complete their manufacturing circle by adding an additive manufacturing facility in Wisconsin to their rapport and another location in California specializing in EDM and waterjet cutting.
Along the way, Prototek has amassed numerous specializations, certifications, and registrations, including ITAR and ISO. For those projects that need to pass stringent testing. If your project requires special allowances, don’t hesitate to let us know!
Prototek has also developed an expansive International Manufacturing Partnership Network for those projects with longer lead times looking for competitive pricing and more significant production needs. Every customer’s needs matter. Whether it’s one item or tens of thousands, Prototek and their network have the capabilities to get your ideas made.
