Job Type: RegularRAND is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising and advisory board operations. The Development Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support for advisory board activities, internal business operations, and donor engagement programming. This position will report to the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and the Sr. Executive Director of Development Operations and work closely with the events and engagement team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a varied environment. They must have strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and be comfortable interacting with donors. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with an expectation of working onsite in Santa Monica 2 - 3 days per week. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
Experience 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (A bachelor's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience) Education AA/AS required; BA/BS preferred Salary Range: $57,400-$85,500 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.This position is overtime eligible. Successful candidates will be offered employment in a specific title, as determined by the candidate's education and experience.
