About the Role: The Robotics Automation Engineer will provide engineering leadership to the manufacturing organization as the subject matter expert. This includes testing new technologies, delivering proof of concepts, specifying robotic applications, establishing robotics engineering best practices and/or standards, and deploying site robotics in partnership with manufacturing resources. This role also includes development of all maintenance processes and equipment including troubleshooting of processes and equipment, optimizing work processes, as well as the planning and improvement of preventive maintenance processes. The selected individual will also assist with coordination of outside contractors as well as train and motivate lower level maintenance staff members (robotic technician(s)). Responsibilities:
