Civil Engineer

APM & Associates, Inc., a Dallas-headquartered Texas consulting engineering firm, is expanding its team and has several immediate openings for civil engineers at multiple career levels. Positions range from entry-level design engineers to seasoned project managers. Selected candidates will work on significant infrastructure projects including roadway and rail corridor design, drainage analysis and stormwater studies, and evaluation and planning for stormwater infrastructure and capital improvement programs. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Project Engineer / Manager

• Registered PE in Civil Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• Approximately 5–10 years of hands-on experience designing and managing major roadway, rail transit, and storm drainage projects.
• Experience collaborating in multi-firm design teams and coordinating subconsultants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and technical documentation.
• Responsibilities include client interaction, design review, preparation of technical reports, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and local design standards.

Entry Level / Design Engineer

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with coursework or emphasis in hydrology and hydraulics.
• 0–5 years of relevant design and planning experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in team settings.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Micro Station; experience with additional engineering software is a plus.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and basic hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
