Customer Support Specialist - Eventgroove (Remote)

An all-in-one event products, management and fundraising solutions are what we do, but customer service is what we're about. We're a global software company, and we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly expert our clients rely on, answering questions about our products and services, and resolving issues quickly and accurately across a range of communication channels. You'll help customers create and host successful fundraisers, raffles, and events, and you'll grow your own product and technical knowledge along the way.

Above all, we want every member of our support team to be solution-oriented and to care for our customers with genuine empathy and warmth.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in customer support or client service
• A knack for showing customers the features and options that make our products shine
• A professional, warm manner and a real commitment to great service
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Solid computer and internet skills
• Patience and empathy when resolving customer issues and complaints
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, team first attitude

The details:

• Fully remote
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week (8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday)
• Some overtime and weekend work to support projects and fundraisers
• $25 per hour, doe
• $2,000 bonus after 12 months of employment in good standing
