Operations & Customer Service Specialist Warehouse Support

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Operations & Customer Service Specialist – Warehouse Support to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position that combines customer service, order processing, and day-to-day operational support with hands-on assistance in our warehouse.

This is not a desk-only position. The person in this role will regularly help our warehouse team pick, pack, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone and email.
• Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with order status, product availability, shipping, and general questions.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Monitor open orders and help resolve inventory, order, and shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Assist with general office and operational responsibilities.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped.
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory when needed.
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work environment.
• Pitch in with other operational or warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing normal warehouse activities as part of the position, including safely lifting and moving packages and products as needed.

Salary/Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
