Labor Relations Manager

The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC), a division of Del DOT and operator of DART First State statewide transit services, has an immediate opening for a Labor Relations Manager located in New Castle County, Delaware. The Labor Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the labor relations program for Delaware Transit Corporation. The Labor Relations Manager applies human resource theories and principles and collective bargaining agreements to the administration of the labor relations program, formulate policies and procedures and ensure the corporation is in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, and internal policies and procedures in accomplishing the corporations goals and objectives in a union environment.
