GROWTH & ENGAGEMENT Full Time * Dunkirk, NY United Way of Chautauqua County
is hiring a Director of Growth & Engagement at its Dunkirk office. REPORTS TO: Executive Director COMPENSATION: Full time Position, non-exempt; Salary range $57,000-$64,000 depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance; generous retirement benefits; vacation and sick timel flexible schedule with part-time remote options available. Some travel required. Develop resources to grow annual campaign and diversify revenue sources. Essential Function 2: Donor and Partner Engagement. Cultivate relationships, develop strategic partnerships and implement donor engagement events and initiatives. Essential Function 3: Organizational Collaboration and Execution. Align donor engagement and resource development with community impact initiatives, communication strategies, and overall operational priorities. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree preferred (business, communications, marketing, public relations or related field); or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
