Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical and medical supply distributor serving hospitals nationwide.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control.

This is a hands-on position in a small team environment where accountability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Wrap and prepare shipments for delivery (UPS, Fed Ex, freight)
• Receive and check in incoming product against purchase orders
• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization
• Print and manage bills of lading and shipping documentation
• Ensure all orders are reviewed for accuracy and quality before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
• Work closely with operations and management to improve workflow and efficiency
