Apply analytical methods to conduct Dimensional Weight (DIM) analysis and verify freight charges to ensure billing accuracy and support cost optimization for clients. Coordinate shipping, invoicing, and freight reconciliation processes, supporting financial accuracy and transparency. Analyze current operational workflows and ontribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and logistics manuals to improve efficiency and provide scalable solutions for multiple clients.
