This dynamic practice offers: 30 bed, Level-III NICU Flexible scheduling - option for 24-hour shifts or 48-hour in-house shifts Average daily census of 9-11 babies Strong support staff Quality improvement programs Integrated team of Pediatrix subspecialists include pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology, MFM, pediatric ophthalmology and developmental pediatrics Potential June/July 2026 start Qualifications Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required Active TX license or active IMLC letter of qualification required Benefits and Compensation Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package with many locations offering sign on bonuses, relocation and tuition reimbursement.
