HR Manager (EOS / People Ops) — K&M Concrete Construction Inc. Location: Edgerton, MN (Corporate Office) — Hybrid eligible (office/home based on performance and company needs) Salary: $73,200–$109,800 + annual incentive Language: Bilingual Spanish/English required (fluent verbal and written) Role Summary K&M runs on EOS and is building disciplined people systems to keep the Right People in the Right Seats (RPRS) by confirming Core Values alignment and GWC (Get it/Want it/Capacity). This HR Manager role leads and scales recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations, and HR operations—while protecting the business with consistent, compliant documentation and execution. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes; use structured evaluation to confirm Core Values fit and GWC for every hire (RPRS focus).Own onboarding and 30/60/90-day integration to accelerate safe, productive contribution and cultural alignment.Partner with leaders on coaching, performance management, policy interpretation, and employee relations; drive fair, consistent documentation.Lead progressive corrective action (including PIPs) and compliant separations; coordinate offboarding checklists and required documentation.Administer HR operations and HRIS transactions/audits (hires, changes, promotions, compensation changes, terminations) and maintain accurate employee files.Help integrate HR systems/HRIS into a cloud-based platform that spans the business; improve visibility and consistency across recruiting, onboarding, training tracking, and performance management.Provide clear HR status updates and people metrics to leadership to support EOS reporting rhythms and accountability. Key Qualifications 3+ years HR management (or equivalent HR leadership) experience across the employee lifecycle.Bilingual Spanish/English required (fluent verbal and written).Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, investigations/discipline, and documentation.HRIS administration experience; experience supporting HR systems improvements/implementations (cloud) preferred.Construction or similar field-based, safety-sensitive environment experience preferred. recblid 7fqbadhp4tjvwdk8p93ewcxuprnjc8 | |
