Sr. Business Analyst (Systems Analyst)needed for HCA Management services located in Nashville, Tennessee. Engage in analysis, requirements gathering, and monitoring workflow to reach operational objectives. Conduct JAD sessions. Utilize Rally to manage user stories, sprint prioritizing, task tracking, and communication between cross-functional teams. Engage in systems enhancements by creating workflow diagrams. Write SQL queries to assess web applications and improve implementation. Use Postman API, Swagger, and VISIO. Work in a HIPAA and HL7 compliant environment.May WFH up to 2 days per week in the Nashville area. Must have a bachelors degree in computer science or engineering and 5 yrs. of overall progressive IT experience which includes 2 yrs of exp. In the tasks and skill sets listed in the job description.
