Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator The Borough of Sinking Spring will be accepting applications for a Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator until March 20, 2026. The Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of the 1.65 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant, collection and conveyance system, satellite pump station, maintaining compliance with required regulatory agencies, and monitoring and assisting wastewater personnel. It is preferred that the candidate have a minimum of 3 years direct involvement of treatment plant operations, pump stations, and collection systems. Candidate must possess a current Pennsylvania Class B Operators License, Class E Collection and Conveyance System with Sub Classification 1 (Activated Sludge) and Sub Classification 4(Collection System). A valid Pennsylvania Commercial Drivers License Class B, with the air brake and tank endorsements or the ability to acquire it within 120 Days, and a clean driving record.
