Pizza Maker: Prepares pizza dough, sauces & various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions & meats. Monitors the temperature of the pizza ovens & cooking times. Prepares high-quality pizzas according to company recipes. Monitors inventory & placing orders for more supplies as needed. Cleans workstations before pizza preparation. Ensures that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use. Plates or packages pizzas accordingly. Manages all food order slips & ensures that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner. Disposes of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
