BAAN ERP System Analyst and Developer Manufacturing Company has a position open for a BAAN ERP System Analyst and Developer. Candidate will analyze the Companys business needs and conduct thoroughanalysis of existing ERP systems. Design and develop technical solutions to enhance the Companys ERP system functionality and efficiency. Develop custom ERP modules,features, and functionalities in BAAN. Customize existing ERP software to meet specificorganizational needs. Integrate third-party applications and systems with the ER Pplatform. Perform ERP implementation and deployment. Conduct testing and qualityassurance. Conduct/review costs analysis. Design and implement data migrationstrategies to transfer data between ERP systems and modules and develop dataintegration interfaces between the ERP system and other systems and databases. Ensuredata integrity, accuracy and security within the ERP system. Monitor and maintain the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT,finance, distribution, production and business units.Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent in computer science, information systems orsystems engineering as well as BaaN IV c4 / Multi-Currency Development and Customization and Techno-Functional Implementer training required.
