DIRECTOR OF EXTRUSION Evaluate and approve raw materials (e.g., rice and grains) for moisture content, particle size, weight, and flavor profile prior to use in production. Maintain and enforce gluten-free safety standards, ensuring no cross-contamination during raw material intake or product development. Conduct regular tests to ensure consistency in texture, size, and visual appearance of extruded products. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new gluten-free extruded products, including snacks, flours, and functional ingredients. Optimize material blends and extrusion parameters for consistent product quality. Maintain detailed documentation of raw material specs, test results, and product trials. Support QA in investigating product inconsistencies and providing corrective actions based on technical analysis. Monitor trends in gluten-free extrusion and ingredient innovation to inform development.Bachelor in Food Science and Exp. 4 years in research and development of food products.
