We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking, and dependable individual to join our Service Department in a full-time position within our fully climate-controlled facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and takes pride in delivering quality service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on Bobcat equipment and a variety of other power equipment. Duties may include troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic systems, completing preventative maintenance inspections, replacing parts, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Previous mechanical or equipment repair experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and reliability.
