Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist

Busy dental practice located in the heart of Sewickley is seeking a dependable, hardworking front desk team member to help grow our practice.  If you are an energetic, outgoing team player and want to make a difference in our patients’ lives this is a great opportunity.   This position will require you be able to answer a multi-line telephone, multitask, and be open to learning new things.

In addition, the job responsibilities include the following:

• Opening and closing of the office
• Answering phones
• Greeting patients, check in and check out
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Discussing and collecting copayments
• Verifying dental insurance
• Answering billing inquires
• Managing the recall system
• Calling patients to schedule appointments
• Calling open treatment plan reports
• Preforming chart audits
• Other tasks as needed for the practice

Dental experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.  Dental assistants are encouraged to apply.

• 32-38 hours a week
• 401K - after 6 months of employment
