DIRECT CARE REGISTRATION COORDINATOR1 or more positions TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Various Locations The successful applicant must have a valid drivers license, must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630; the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. As well as the following for: Level 1 - High school diploma or GED and some experience is preferred. For Level 2 - Associates Degree in a medical related field and 2 years of related experience and/or training. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is Negotiable DOE, plus benefits - May be employed under contract.
