Reqs Bach in Pharmcy, Veterinry, Medicine, Nursng, or simlr medcl bckg fld & 7 yrs progr exp in pharmcy ops, incl mng complianc, invntry & medctn dispnsng usng phrmcy mgmt systms & EMR pltfrms. 3 yrs data-drivn exp in billng & revnue cycl mgmt, incl 1 yr w/in the phrmcy indstry in the US, focsng on implmntng hlthcr billng systms & ensurng complianc w/ US regltns & 2 yrs w/hlthcr entities in the Middle East, applyng data-drvn methdlgs & adherng to regn-spcfc complianc reqs. 3 yrs exp leadng crss-fnctnl teams in a hlthcr or phrmcy settng, incl mngng Arabic-speakng clients or mrkts, hands-on exp w/phrmcy mgmt. s/w & EMR pltfrms (e.g., Pioneer Rx or simlr). 2 yrs exp in broadr hlthcr ops, encmpssng aspcts like oprtnl strtgy & patient enggmnt. 1 yr exp expndng ops into new markts, w/focus on the Gulf regn & Arabic-speakng mrkts, hands-on exp w/automatd dispnsng sys, barcode scnnrs & complianc trackng tools.
