This role partners closely with site leadership, provides hands-on floor presence, and drives continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of health and safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, strong OSHA knowledge, and the ability to influence leaders and teams. Safety certifications like CSP or ASP are preferred but

not required.
