HIS Clinical Analyst Level II - HIS (Hospital Information Systems)

CLINICAL ANALYST II – FT, this Analyst coordinates installation and ongoing maintenance of clinical and advanced clinical applications for the hospital and clinics. Responsible for staying current with software and regulatory updates. Coordinates education and updates for these applications. Provides troubleshooting capabilities to the hospital, clinic and medical staff.
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position preferred; RN licensure preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for educational attainment. 3 - 4 years experience in an acute care hospital or ambulatory clinic required. Computer knowledge and experience preferred with 2 years experience working with Meditech software applications. Requires excellent written/verbal communication and problem solving skills to act as a liaison between information systems and clinic/hospital leadership, staff and physicians. Must
enjoy working with physicians.
