TheVice President of Government and Institutional Givingis responsible for procuring, managing, and reporting on a portfolio of foundation and government grants toward a goal of $5M annually. The position's core focus is to identify and expand government support for Project HOME's services. This role builds organizational capacity by identifying and cultivating both capital and operating grants and provides leadership within the development department. TheVice Presidentoversees a team of three and directly supervises the Director of Institutional Giving and the Grants and Reports Coordinator. The team works strategically to achieve agency financial and programmatic goals.
