Survey and Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead survey services and coordinate utility project activities, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant project delivery. This role manages survey staff and contractors, oversees scopes, budgets, and schedules, and directs survey efforts for transmission lines, substations, easements, and property locations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in surveying, drafting, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of experience in surveying or project management, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and GIS is required, along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. A registered surveyor license in MN, SD, or ND is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

o    The expected base compensation for this role is $83,000 - $104,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
