Department Coordinator

Join our team as a Department Coordinator and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly! In this dynamic position, you’ll provide technical and administrative support to multiple departments, including System Operations, Energy Measurement & Control (EM&C), and Advanced Concepts. Your responsibilities will include managing financial processes—such as purchase orders, requisitions, invoicing, and software maintenance tracking—while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. You’ll also support safety programs and help monitor departmental processes. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. o    The expected base compensation for this role is $44,000 - $54,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
