Candidates must hold a Pennsylvania certificate as a School Nurse. The full-time position is under the Richland Education Association’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, with the starting salary negotiable based on experience and exceptional circumstances in accordance with Board Policy 304.1 - Credit for Salary Placement. The position includes sick days, personal days, emergency days, other appropriate leaves, full healthcare benefits, vision, and dental. 2025-26 Bachelor’s Starting Salary - Step 1: $51,857 (with no PA public school experience) 2025-26 Master’s Starting Salary - Step 1: $53,057 ( with no PA public school experience) (Salaries above Step 1 are permitted in accordance with Board Policy 304.1 Credit for Salary Placement.)
