taff Attorney Immigration Law (Refugee Legal Services)

The Staff Attorney will provide immigration legal services in Illinois, primarily serving refugee and immigrant clients. The position is entirely in person, based on site in Rogers Park, Chicago, and includes regular in person meetings and visits with clients. This role is not remote or hybrid.

The attorney will handle direct client representation and work as part of a small, collaborative legal team with close supervision and support. The position offers strong mentorship and hands on training, particularly for early career attorneys.

Applicants must be legally authorized to practice law in Illinois. Immigration law experience and experience working with marginalized or immigrant populations are preferred but not required. Newly licensed attorneys with no attorney experience are encouraged to apply.
