This position plays a key role in supporting daily business operations through office management, bookkeeping, and administrative oversight. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, job costing, payroll coordination, HR administration, and maintaining accurate financial and project records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sage/Timberline construction accounting software and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment are essential.
