Elsmere Presbyterian Church Child Care Center is a non-profit, ministry-based early childhood program committed to serving families in our community. We provide a safe, engaging, and faith-centered environment where children grow emotionally, socially, and academically.

We are seeking an experienced and certified Child Care Center Director to lead our early learning program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, program management, and fiscal accountability, along with proven experience managing Delaware’s Purchase of Care program.

You will collaborate closely with the Child Care Board, Pastor, and Session of Elsmere Presbyterian Church to ensure excellence in care, education, and community engagement.

Education (Delaware Licensing Requirements):

Associate or bachelor’s degree from a C-RAC Member accredited institution including 15 ECE credits in:

With 12 months of experience working with children ages birth through second grade in a group

Associate or bachelor’s degree from a C-RAC Member accredited institution in Early Childhood Education with 12 months of experience working with children ages birth through second grade in a group
