We provide full, paid training for qualified candidates; what matters most is your passion and commitment to making a meaningful impact. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a Residential or behavior management setting is preferred but not required if you are willing to undergo training. Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Requirements: Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work 2nd Shift, weekends and holiday.
