Cooks and Bartenders

Immediate need for a Part-time Cook (minimum 25 hours a week) and a Part-time Bartender (minimum 20 hours a week) at a fast-paced, locally owned, and operated bar with a full-time kitchen, only 20 minutes West of Rockford, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Cook:
*   Prepare and cook a variety of menu items.
*   Maintain a clean and organized work station.
*   Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Bartender:
*   Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
*   Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
*   Manage bar inventory and cash transactions.

Requirements:
*   Cook: Must possess a current Food Handlers License.
*   Bartender: Must possess a current Basset License.
*   Both positions: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team is essential.

Compensation: Salaries are contingent upon experience. Cooks earn $15-$18 per hour, while bartenders earn $10.00 plus tips. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our team.
