Southeast Vermont Transit Chief Operating Officer

We are recruiting for a new COO to manage 65 drivers, 4 mechanics, 66 vehicles, and lots of routes in our 34-town territory. Training starts 2/2/26 and assume the position on 7/1/26. Pay is $75K-85K contingent on skills and abilities. Transit experience is a plus but not necessary: we're more interested in a team builder and a people person, and we can teach the transit skills.
