 WHAT YOU WOULD DO:    
This position works both independently and collaboratively within a small team responsible for the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of substations, transmission and distribution facilities, utility material/construction standards, and the SCADA system. 
  
QUALIFICATIONS:    
Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and minimum of 2 years experience. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively, effectively present information, and have effective written and oral communication skills.  
  
BENEFITS:    
Employees and dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and disability insurance. Employees are enrolled in WA State PERS and may enroll in deferred compensation plans. Employees receive eight hours of vacation leave and sick leave each month and twelve paid holidays each calendar year. 
  
SALARY:    
Salary ranges are market based and established annually. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of range based on qualifications and experience. Consideration for multiple levels based on outstanding experience and qualifications.  Electrical Engineer: $81,015 - $161,864
