Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer – Full-Time (West Bridgewater, MA)

We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to join our team in January 2026 in West Bridgewater, MA.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Tuesday through Saturday

Responsibilities:

• General site cleanup and maintenance
• Shoveling snow and keeping work areas safe
• Assisting and providing support to the site superintendent as needed

Requirements:

• Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Prior construction experience a plus but not required
• Compensation: $35.00 per hour.
