| REAL ESTATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND ASSISTANT - We are currently seeking a part-time experienced office administrator and real estate assistant to join our small yet seasoned commercial real estate appraisal firm of four real estate appraisers in Simi Valley that specializes in litigation appraisal services. The position requires a commitment of 20-30 hours per week with flexible daytime hours from Monday through Friday. Please note that this is an on-site position in our Simi Valley office. Remote work will not be an option. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, editing reports, researching public records, creating various maps, report exhibits, and trial exhibits, opening files, ordering supplies, ordering insurance certificates, as well as general administrative office tasks. Qualified candidates will possess strong attention to detail, be adept at multi-tasking, and demonstrate excellent typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Photoshop, is essential for success in this role.
