What We’re Looking For We’re on the hunt for an experienced carpenter who knows their way around a job site and takes pride in doing things right the first time. If you're a go-getter who can frame a wall, hang a door, read a blueprint, and make it all look good — we want you on our team. What You’ll Be Doing Rough and finish carpentry (framing, siding, trim, cabinetry, etc.) Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials like a pro Troubleshooting job site challenges with creative, practical solutions Working as part of a tight-knit team that’s got each other’s backs Keeping job sites clean, safe, and dialed in What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of real-world carpentry experience Confidence with hand and power tools (and knowing when to use each) Ability to read plans, work independently, and solve problems on the fly A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physically able to handle the demands of the job Bonus Points For: Experience in both residential and commercial projects Supervisory or mentoring skills Reading plans and bringing blueprints to life Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay (based on what you bring to the table) Overtime and bonus opportunities Tools and equipment provided A crew that treats you like family, not just a number Room to grow — we promote from within Hy Altitude Contracting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
