What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, skilled nursing care in a home environment
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
• Educate and support clients and their families
• Participate in team collaboration and required training

What You’ll Need:

• Active Missouri or Compact State nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• A compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
