Position Title: Job Category: Employment Type: Job Profile: Job Duties: The University of Wisconsin-Stout's Marketing Communications (Mar Com) team is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, design, execution, optimization, and analysis of university-wide email marketing campaigns. This full-time position is ideal for a marketing professional with foundational experience in email or digital marketing who is eager to grow their skills in marketing automation, campaign strategy, and performance reporting. The marketing specialist will work with the Digital & Email Marketing Manager to support email initiatives across the student recruitment lifecycle using email automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Emma). While the primary focus is email marketing, the role will also provide cross-training and backup support for paid digital advertising campaigns. We are seeking a collaborative team player who is technically inclined, detail-oriented, values continuous learning, and is excited to contribute to a strategic, mission-driven marketing in a higher education setting. Employment is contingent upon the final candidate's completing a criminal background check and being cleared to work by the Human Resources Office.
