Quality Control Specialist - Conduct systematic QC. inspections at all store locs. to ensure compliance w/ co. standards in food safety, prep., & customer serv. Ensure menu items are prep. to co. specs., preserving taste, portion size, & presentation standards. Oversee customer serv. qual. Ensure State & Fed. food safety & hygiene standards across all locs., conduct inspections & ensure staff adherence to strict health & cleanliness protocols. Monitor inventory, storage, & QC. for ingredients to ensure consistency. Conduct training sessions for Store Leads on QC. & customer serv. Wrk w/ Store Leads & Team Members to proactively address qual. iss., implmnt best practices, & continuously imprv the customer exp. Doc. & report qual. iss., perf. updates, & corrective actions to the Head of Ops. for continuous qual. assurance. Lead efforts to standardize procedures across CA locs., ensuring a cohesive brand exp. comparable to our original stores in Brazil. Salary: $52,500/ yr. 40 hrs per/wk, comp. salary, Job loc.
