Housing Administrative Specialist - 49,920 - 60,320 Annually

Brainerd HRA is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Housing Administrative Specialist. This position will assist in the operation of all housing programs and initiatives. All current Administrative Specialists are encouraged to apply as housing training will be provided. Candidate must be reliable, motivated, detail oriented, have good people skills and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree in related field and two years experience in an administrative position or four years combination of relevant education, training and experience that meets the requirement to successfully accomplish the assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the Executive Director.

Ability to be certified in Public Housing Occupancy Specialist and NSPIRE standards training within one year of employment, if not already in possession of certification from a nationally recognized training program.

Ability to be certified in Multifamily and LIHTC Occupancy Specialist and NSPIRE standards training within three years of employment, if not already in possession of certification from a nationally recognized training program.

Extensive experience with windows-based personal computer software applications is required.

Possession of a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.

Brainerd HRA offers a flexible schedule, competitive wage and excellent benefit package. The hiring range for this position is $24 - $29 per hour. This position is open until filled.
