Summary Pivot seeks an Account Executive to join our team ahead of the 2026 election cycle. This is a fully remote position in our Client Services Department. As an Account Executive, you are comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time and finding ways to make the work more efficient and effective. You don't shy away from lending your time to the team to help get the work done. Account Executives collaborate internally, handling clients with tight deadlines and changing strategies. Spanish fluency is required for this position. The Client Services staff work closely with Pivot's Creative, Production and Targeting teams to develop unique direct mail strategies for our clients.Each member of our team brings diverse perspectives and unique expertise to make an impact in democratic campaigns and organizations across the country. This is afull-time, temporary position through Election Day 2026with competitive salary and excellent benefits. The nature of our business requires long hours during the election cycle, and we expect all staff to be flexible in this area. Weekend and evening work will be required. However, Pivot works to ensure all staff maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Responsibilities Project Management - Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, including timeline and budget. Client Support - Ensure written communication aligns with messaging goals. Content Creation - Create campaign mail plans and budgets in coordination with internal departments. Internal Processes - Participate in the proofreading and editing process. Approaches - Initiative and Ingenuity: Consults with others as needed and proposes solutions in the best interest of the client, keeps processes moving. Compensation & Benefits The salary for this position is set at $79,560 per year. There is also the opportunity for end of election bonuses, based off individual and firm performance. Phone Screen (15-20 min) This introductory phone call will be between you and a member of our Operations Team. We use this call to learn more about you, what you bring to the team, and answer your questions about life at Pivot. 3. Paid Hiring Exercise You will be asked to complete a brief exercise. The goal is to give you an idea of the type of work you'll do as an Account Executive. You are compensated upon completion of the exercise. 4. Zoom Interview (45-60 min) You will meet with 3-4 members of our team in a panel-style interview to discuss the position more in depth. 5. Reference Checks For our final stage, we will ask you to provide contact info for 2-3 professional references.
