DCLTSA is currently recruiting for a staff position to be categorized as one of the following:

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Mechanic/Wastewater Plant Operator, Grade I, II, or III

Salary Ranges (DOQ):

Maintenance Technician                        $55,946 – 83,920

Maintenance Mechanic/Operator I        $71,403 – 107,105

Maintenance Mechanic/Operator II       $74-974 – 112,460

Maintenance Mechanic/Operator III      $78,722 – 118,083

Minimum requirements for Maintenance Technician include at least one year on-the-job experience with mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs, the strength to frequently lift and move objects up to 50 lbs., and adaptability to changing circumstances.  Preference will be given to applicants with more mechanical experience, lab/process experience and higher certification.  To be considered for the Operator I/II/III positions, candidate must have current Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification at that grade or the ability to obtain certification within six months from the date of hire.
