Colorado State University invites applications and nominations for the Dean of the College of Business. The Dean reports to the Provost and Executive Vice President, serving as the chief academic and spokesperson for the College on curriculum, personnel, and resource advocacy issues. We seek a dynamic, passionate, and caring leader with a strong scholarly record, deep academic values, excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in external relations and development, and a proven ability to manage in a way that can be leveraged to lead a world class College of Business. The College of Business at Colorado State University is an AACSB-accredited business school. The Colleges MBA was ranked as the No. 4 Better World MBA globally by Corporate Knights. With very strong research productivity across its various disciplines, the College of Business is AACSB-accredited at the undergraduate and graduate levels and serves approximately 3,000 resident undergraduate business majors, 1,350 resident undergraduate business minors, and 200 resident graduate students enrolled in the Evening MBA, Impact MBA, Master of Accountancy, Master of Finance, and Master of Computer Information Systems. Additionally, the College remains a pioneer in online, distance-delivered education that serves approximately 800 distancegraduate students enrolled in the Online MBA, Master of Computer Information Systems, and graduate certificate programs. One of eight colleges at the University, the College of Business has approximately 70 tenured and tenure track faculty and 36 clinical appointment faculty in the Departments of Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Finance & Real Estate, Management, and Marketing. In addition to these academic departments, the College of Business is the home to the Center for Marketing and Social Impact, Everitt Real Estate Center, and Institute for Entrepreneurship (I4E). Colorado State University is a Research 1 Carnegie Research Institution (R1 very high research) with a land grant mission serving approximately 34,000 graduate and undergraduate (resident-instruction) students. CSU has been recognized as a premier research university, with world-class research in infectious disease, atmospheric science, clean energy technologies, and environmental science. CSU also offers among the very best professional programs in the country in business, veterinary medicine, occupational therapy, agriculture, and construction management.
