Senior Manager, Packaging

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to mng'g continuous improvement & packaging innovation by reviewing & analyzing internal processes to highlight opportunities for cost reductions & process efficiencies. Bachelor's or equiv in Bus., Mrkt'g, Eng'g, or rel. fld & 4 yrs of exp in mrkt'g, branding, packaging, retail, or rel. exp OR 6 yrs of exp in mrkt'g, branding, packaging, retail, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to experience with: Quantitative and strategic analyses to support company operations, product packaging dvlpmt &/or fulfillment processes; Using basic coding - Big Query, Looker, etc. to assess lrg sets of data; Writing white papers/ docs that detail all the tchncl & bus. needs; Cause & Effect Analysis, FMEA & Risk Prioritization (RPN).
