Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor. Works w/ Mgmt to perf all specs according to contract, quality stds, & budget terms. Work w/ Acct Mngr & Crew Leaders re: crew compositions, sched'g, mat'l, & equipment alloc'n. Mng plant mat'ls at job site (e.g., prep, planting, cleanup). Mng all enhancement jobs. Comm daily expectations from Acct Mngr to Foremen or Crew Leaders. Verify checklist items are completed by all employees. Ensures work is completed to cust's satis'n to retain lasting relationships w/ custs. Listens to custs attentively & satisfies their concerns from their perspective. Keeps Acct Mngr informed about cust issues. Solve cust probls quickly & effectively, w/ adequate f/u. IDs potential enhancement work. Help Crew Leaders comply w/ all procedures. Ensure training prgms are available to employees & that certs are obtained & kept current. Provide coaching to employees. Ensure all job quality performance expectations are met in accordance w/ co stds. Ensure all extra work is reported to Acct Mngr daily. Oversees optimal yard departure routine. Ensure all job resps are performed in accordance w/ co protocol. Monitor yard arrival tasks (e.g., vehicles parking, unloading debris, storing tools). Track efficiency stds. Order mat'ls as needed or comm w/ mngrs & vendors to obtain mat'ls & equip for timely proj completion. Train employees to complete jobs more efficiently. Ensure compliance w/ all aspects of co's safety prgm. Conduct &/or supervs weekly tailgate meetings w/ crews. Salary: $60,403/yr. Req at least 24 mos exp in prof'l landscape & grounds mgmt & Class C Driver's License. Travel as part of job duties will incl Orange Country Metro area, frequency of travel-as needed.
