Cardiac Sonographer 2

Cardiac Sonographer 2, Texas Heart Hospital of the Southwest Provider Group – Plano, TX.  Perform basic to advanced cardiac ultrasound service & procedures for adult patients, incl. transthoracic, transesophageal and stress; preps patients for procedures, obtains clinical history, and adapts imaging techniques to obtain comprehensive & diagnostic echocardiograms. Reqs:  Completion of two-year accredited program in cardiac sonography or closely related field, plus at least two years of experience as cardiac sonographer using echocardiology machines and transducers (e.g., Philips EPIQ & IE33 ultrasound), imaging software (e.g., EPIQ, GE Viewer), & advanced echocardiography techniques, including strain imaging, Doppler, and stress echocardiography. Must be a registered cardiac sonographer, diagnostic cardiac sonographer, vascular sonographer, or vascular technologist. EOE. Background check required. Email resumes to Patti.Flores@BSW Health.org
