Drywall Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced drywall installer & finisher to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong drywall installation and finishing skills, along with general construction knowledge to support framing and related tasks.  This position requires traveling to different jobsites located on the East coast and in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

Install drywall, hang sheetrock, and perform tape and finish work
Complete mudding, sanding, texturing, and painting
Perform framing as needed
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety standards
Submit accurate daily job reports
Assist with inventory tracking and material take-offs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall hanging, taping, mudding, finishing, texturing, and painting
Strong knowledge of drywall tools, equipment, and techniques
General knowledge of other construction trades; framing experience a plus
Familiarity with construction industry standards and codes
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills and reliability
Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to travel

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour (or based on experience)
Work Location: On the road (travel to job sites required)
Job Type: Full-time
