Job Title: Superintendent – Earthwork & Pipe Construction

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team and lead earthwork and pipe construction projects. This is a full-time position for a motivated professional who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy civil construction and the ability to coordinate teams, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively manage project personnel, equipment, and overall progress to meet schedules and deadlines
• Read, understand, and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate, schedule, and order materials and supplies needed for ongoing projects
• Oversee job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure work is performed according to specifications

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in earthwork and pipe construction
• Previous experience with heavy civil construction strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
