Maintenance Handyman Company Overview [Your Company Name] is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and dependable all-round handy-man to provide maintenance and repair services across our 10 residential sites. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, versatile professional who can handle a wide range of repairs and routine upkeep, with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Job Responsibilities Travel to and provide maintenance services at 10 different sites. Perform grounds care, including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and other general upkeep. Clean and maintain gutters, downspouts, and roofs. Perform minor household repairs for resident managers, including carpentry, painting, and drywall repair. Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks, such as replacing lightbulbs, outlets, and switches, and fixing leaks or clogged drains. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, as well as a proper inventory of tools and supplies. Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Working knowledge of common hardware and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites. Good physical stamina for performing manual tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects. Must pass a background check.
